Exchange Policy:

To initiate an exchange click here.

We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States. 

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged. 

  1. Impact will allow 1 free exchange per order. (customer will be responsible for any upgraded cost of new product).
  2. Customer must have a valid shipping address located within the contiguous 48 States to be eligible for free product exchange.
  3. Must be clean and undamaged, free of dings, dents and scratches
  4. Must have original packaging to be valid for an exchange.
  5. Must be claimed within 10 days of receiving the product.
  6. Customers located outside of the contiguous United States may initiate an exchange, however the customer will be responsible for paying for the return freight shipping charges and duties/ taxes associated with the exchange process. The customer is also responsible for paying for freight shipping and associated duties/taxes of the new product to the customer.
