When an item is delayed, such as a fan due to a back order, we maintain open communication to keep the customer informed. Once the order is ready to be shipped, we send tracking confirmation to the customer. For items that have been shipped but not received, customers can reach out to our support team to ensure the shipment was sent to the correct location.
