Return Policy:

To initiate a return click here.

You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

You are required to pay for return shipping.

3. Product must be in original condition- clean and undamaged, free of dings, dents and scratches.
4. Must have original manufacturer packaging and tags to be valid for a return.
5. Customers are required to pay for return shipping fees.
6. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, it is considered a return.

Please note: We do not accept returns of Impact Dog Crates products purchased with Katapult financing after 10 days of receiving your new product(s).
