What should I do if I received the wrong or a missing item in my order?Updated a month ago

If you received the wrong item or have a missing item in your order, we request that you send photos of the product you received, including a photo of the QC Sticker, which should have a signature on it. In the case of missing screws for assembly, a similar process applies with an additional request to confirm the shipping address for the replacement hardware kit.
