Yes — the Airline Dog Crate is backed by a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. It does not include dog damage coverage unless the optional protection plan was added at checkout.

No — the Airline Dog Crate uses standard 0.817" diamond ventilation holes for airflow and visibility. Smaller holes like those on the High Anxiety model cannot be added or modified.
