Does the Tarter crate have a dog damage warranty?
This warranty doesn't cover dog damage, paint issues, or normal wear and tear like scratches. It's non-transferable and requires proof of purchase. For any warranty questions or claims, please reach out to our customer support team.
Can I fly with the Tarter crate?
No, if you want if plan to fly we suggest using our Airline Dog Crate. This is specifically built to IATA CR82 requirements.
