✅ What’s Covered:
- Chewed bars or welds
- Bent or broken latches
- Frame or panel damage caused by your dog
❌ What’s Not Covered:
- Damage from vehicles, fire, or natural disasters
- Damage caused by anyone or anything other than your dog
- Paint damage

- Submit a claim with photos and proof of purchase
- Our team will review and confirm dog-related damage
- Receive 1 full replacement crate (same model or comparable), or parts needed to fix the crate — shipping included
📅 Warranty Duration:
- Valid for 2 years from the date of delivery
- Limited to 1 replacement per crate purchased
During an eligible 30-day crate trial beginning on delivery, you may return your crate even if your dog has damaged it, whether or not you purchased Dog Damage Protection. This exception applies only to dog-caused damage in an eligible trial return. Original packaging, cleanliness, completeness, deadlines, applicable fees and inspection still apply. Secondhand and Tarter crates are not eligible for the trial. Exchange conditions are unchanged.
