Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee

At Impact Dog Crates, we’re proud to offer a Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee to the original owner against all damage caused to the crate by your dog. If your dog breaks it, we'll replace it.

This warranty only applies to our High Anxiety crates and does not apply to our Collapsible crates. It’s non-transferable and requires proof of purchase. For any questions or claims, just reach out to our customer support team.

For approved High Anxiety manufacturer-warranty and eligible dog-damage-guarantee claims within the contiguous 48 United States, Impact pays replacement shipping and required return shipping, including applicable 54-inch and LTL freight. Both coverages are valid outside the contiguous 48 United States; Impact-paid shipping in both directions for outside-region claims retains the condition that the customer paid original shipping. Contact customer service to arrange the claim and shipping. Secondhand crates retain manufacturer-defect coverage only, with no dog-damage guarantee or add-on protection. These warranty terms do not change ordinary return or exchange freight charges.
