Impact Dog Crates offers a lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. If a covered issue arises, we'll repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you — parts and shipping included.

This warranty does not cover dog damage, powder coating, or normal wear and tear such as scratches. It is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase. For added peace of mind, a 2-year Dog Damage Guarantee is also available for purchase, covering dog damage (paint damage excluded).
