Does the Collapsible Crate have a warranty?Updated 7 days ago

Impact Dog Crates offers a lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. For covered Collapsible manufacturing-defect claims in the United States, replacement parts and shipping of those parts are free. For covered manufacturer-defect claims outside the United States, Impact pays outbound and required-return shipping. Contact support to confirm claim eligibility and arrange the shipment.

This warranty does not cover dog damage, powder coating, or normal wear and tear such as scratches. It is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase. For added peace of mind, a 2-year Dog Damage Guarantee is also available for purchase, covering dog damage (paint damage excluded).

During an eligible 30-day crate trial beginning on delivery, you may return your crate even if your dog has damaged it, whether or not you purchased Dog Damage Protection. This exception applies only to dog-caused damage in an eligible trial return. Original packaging, cleanliness, completeness, deadlines, applicable fees and inspection still apply. Secondhand and Tarter crates are not eligible for the trial. Exchange conditions are unchanged.
