Lifetime Warranty

At Impact Dog Crates, we’re proud to offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. For covered Collapsible manufacturing-defect claims in the United States, replacement parts and shipping of those parts are free. For covered manufacturer-defect claims outside the United States, Impact pays outbound and required-return shipping. Contact support to confirm claim eligibility and arrange the shipment.

This warranty doesn't cover dog damage, paint issues, or normal wear and tear like scratches. It’s non-transferable and requires proof of purchase. For any warranty questions or claims, please reach out to our customer support team.

Where offered for your exact Collapsible model, two-year Dog Damage Protection is a separately purchased add-on and is not included with the crate (paint damage excluded).

During an eligible 30-day crate trial beginning on delivery, you may return your crate even if your dog has damaged it, whether or not you purchased Dog Damage Protection. This exception applies only to dog-caused damage in an eligible trial return. Original packaging, cleanliness, completeness, deadlines, applicable fees and inspection still apply. Secondhand and Tarter crates are not eligible for the trial. Exchange conditions are unchanged.
