What is covered under the Lifetime Warranty?Updated 2 days ago

All crates include a lifetime manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship, including crates purchased through Impact's Secondhand program. The exception is the Impact x Tarter collaboration crate, which has a two-year manufacturer warranty and is no longer sold. Coverage is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase; a private resale does not transfer the warranty.

Manufacturer coverage does not include dog damage or normal wear and tear. High Anxiety has a separate included Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. Collapsible two-year Dog Damage Protection is a separately purchased add-on where offered for the exact model; it is not included with the crate. Other optional protection follows the matching product terms.

Secondhand crates are not eligible for a dog-damage guarantee or add-on dog-damage protection. Secondhand remains final sale and outside the 30-day trial.

For approved High Anxiety manufacturer-warranty and eligible dog-damage-guarantee claims within the contiguous 48 United States, Impact pays replacement shipping and required return shipping, including applicable 54-inch and LTL freight. Both coverages are valid outside the contiguous 48 United States; Impact-paid shipping in both directions for outside-region claims retains the condition that the customer paid original shipping. Contact customer service to arrange the claim and shipping. Secondhand crates retain manufacturer-defect coverage only, with no dog-damage guarantee or add-on protection. These warranty terms do not change ordinary return or exchange freight charges.

Accessories have lifetime manufacturer-defect warranty coverage only; dog damage is not covered. Contact customer support for claim review and the shipping terms applicable to the exact accessory.
