Do I need to pay for return shipping back to Impact Dog Crates?

If you are returning your crate for a refund, you will need to pay for return shipping. If you are exchanging your crate, we will cover return shipping costs and provide free shipping for your new crate within the contiguous 48 States.

Once the product has left our facility it may take up to 3-7 business days depending on your location from our warehouse (located in Hayden, Idaho) to receive it.

When will my crate ship out?

All crates ship out within 24 hrs of placing your order. Once your crate is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, at which point you'll receive an email with tracking information to follow its journey to your doorstep.

My crate shows delivered but has not arrived.
