Do you allow exchanges?
Request an eligible standard exchange within 10 days after delivery. Light use is allowed when clean, undamaged, like-new, complete and in original packaging. Replacement ships after approval; drop off the original within 10 days of label issuance.
Do I need to keep any of the packing materials?
Yes, you will need to return or exchange your crate by shipping it in its original packaging.
